Information about Notices of Proposal is posted on this site by the Department of Law and Public Safety to comply with N.J.S.A. 52:14B-4 to inform the public about pending rules. The official text of the proposal is published in the New Jersey Register issue for the date indicated. To access a particular Register notice, only four steps are needed:

(1) access the public access portal at www.lexisnexis.com/njoal;

(2) access the New Jersey Register database;

(3) click the "Get a Document" tab; and

(4) enter the notice citation in the "Get by Citation" box (for example, "38 njr 3950(a)").
