	11/12 - Bally’s Ordered to Pay Record $157,500 Underage Gambling Fine - Allowed 20-year-old woman to gamble repeatedly in its Atlantic City casino

	7/8 - New York Couple Pleads Guilty to Receiving Stolen Property for Gambling at Atlantic City Casino with $1 Million in Embezzled Cash - Attorney General Anne Milgram and Criminal Justice Director Deborah Gramiccioni announced that a New York couple pleaded guilty late yesterday to receiving stolen property for gambling at the Borgata with $1 million that the woman stole from her employer.

	6/16 - High-Level Atlantic City Executive Among Three Men Charged With Stealing Rated Player List From Tropicana - Attorney General Anne Milgram and Criminal Justice Director Gregory A. Paw announced that a high-level casino marketing executive and two other casino marketers who formerly worked with him at the Tropicana were indicted today on charges they stole a list of more than 20,000 rated players.

	4/10 - 24 Indicted in Multi-Million Dollar Sports Gambling ring That Operated Inside Poker Room at Borgata - Attorney General Anne Milgram and Criminal Justice Director Gregory A. Paw announced the indictment of the two top leaders and 22 others involved in a sports bookmaking ring that operated inside the Borgata Hotel Casino poker room and took in more than $60 million in bets in 20 months.

	3/12 - Josh Lichtblau Sworn In as Director of the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement - Josh Lichtblau was sworn in today as director of the DGE. Lichtblau was nominated by Governor Corzine in December and was confirmed by the New Jersey Senate last week.

	12/18 - Assistant Attorney General Nominated to Head Division of Gaming Enforcement - Josh Lichtblau, a Senior Attorney in the Division of Law and Expert on Government Contracting, Named to Regulatory Post
