Information
This
defendant was a member of a slot cheat ring at Resorts International
headed by George Meiklejohn. Evidence shows that Meiklejohn ran
a school for cheaters in Annapolis, Maryland, and ran excursions
to Atlantic City to hit the slot machines. This defendant plead
guilty on August 20, 1981 to cheating and swindling in excess of
$25. The sentence imposed by Paul R. Porrecca, J.S.C., in Mays Landing
was a fine of $300.
