Specifically, Mr. Limbaugh post-posted illegal wagers in the amount of $50 and $25, respectively, while playing the game of blackjack at the Resorts International Casino. On October 15, 1979, he entered a plea of guilty to two instances of committing larceny under the amount of $200 by swindling and cheating at casino gaming.
