Running an illegal lottery on March 30,
1950 by Pa. Police Department. He was found guilty on 9/15/50,
fined $50 and place on one year's probation.
Running an illegal lottery on 3/25/55 by Pa. Police Dept.. On
12/8/55 he was found guilty and received a $100 fine.
Receiving stolen goods and conspiracy on 9/17/58 by Pa. Police
Dept. He was found guilty and received a suspended sentence.
Obtaining money under false pretenses on 2/23/61 by Pa. Police
Dept. He was found guilty and sentenced to two years' probation
and fined $500.
Failure to give a good account on 9/29/76 by Freehold Police Dept.
He was found guilty on 11/16/76 and fined $500.
Sports bribery on or about 5/5/79 by the Federal Grand Jury. He
was sentenced to a prison term of one year.
Conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and unlawful use of communication
facilities in connection with the selling of pound quantities
of methamphetamine on 10/3/83 by the U.S. District Court in Phila.
He was sentenced to eleven years in prison and four years' probation
upon his release.
